1. The truck mounted crane is named also truck with loading crane. It consists of chassis, packing case (tank), power take-off, and crane.

Material of cylinder barrel: The product adopts 27SiMn, 45# as raw material to adjust the material so that the tensile strength (σb/Mpa): >=980, yield point(σs/Mpa): >=835;
Selection of sealing parts: The sealing parts uses PARKER sealing gasket imported from America and BUSAK SHAMBAN supporting ring to ensure the sealing performance of the cylinder and a stable quality.
Welding: Through roll finish process, the product reaches perfect roughness and surface hardness, and thus improves the resistance to abrasion and gets the best cylinder rod oil film. The use of welding robots effectively prevents possible unstability which is likely to happen when welding is conducted manually. It uses ultrasonic inspection to avoid weld defect.
The automatic test bench imported from Korea can display the result digitally. The oil used in test has reached NAS VII standard to ensure stable performance and long working life.
